***10/19/26 Update***

Weather permitting, the paving of additional driveways on Godwin Ct will be completed 10/22-10/23/26. The paving will be completed on the following units:

Even numbered units 716-728.

Odd numbered units 701-719

The even numbered side (right side) of Godwin should still park out of the circle due to limited access during the paving.

Cars will need to be moved from the work areas to allow the paving crew to work efficiently and to protect your vehicles.

DO NOT use the Grace Christian athletic fields for parking.

10/15/26 5:30 PM Update:

Due to issues with the paving in other areas of the community, ONLY the right side of Godwin Ct will be worked on Friday 10/16/26.

Even units numbered 700-716 need to move their cars on Friday 10/16/26.

Owners on the left side, odd numbers 701-719 and even numbered units 718-728

DO NOT need to move their vehicles from the driveways.

We apologize for the inconvenience and for the change in plans. We will send updates about a new date for the remainder of Godwin CT when it is scheduled with the contractor.

Weather permitting, paving of some driveways and some pavement repairs will be made Wednesday October 14-16, 2026.

Cars will need to be moved from the work areas to allow the paving crew to work efficiently and to protect your vehicles.

The tentative scheduling is as follows:

1. Dylan Ct driveways (all)

2. 5920-5922 parking pads and curb

3. 5924-5928 parking pads and curb

4. 5920-5934 street repairs

5. 6000-6010 parking pads (some) and curb

6. Godwin Ct driveways (most)

7. 5921-5923 parking pads

8. 5923-5911 street repairs

Signs will be posted to inform residents where parking will not be allowed.

Vehicles must be moved and can be parked in other lots, Farm Gate Rd, and the Grace athletic field parking lots.
